Pantry Peanut Sauce

This is a great sauce to go on Asian-inspired bowls. It can be thinned and used as a dressing for a cabbage or cruciferous salad, or can be a spread for a grilled vegetable wrap with some avocado. Our favorite is to toss it with cooked soba noodles, with a bit of the pasta water, and some sliced cucumbers, bell peppers and cabbage and top it with avocado and crunchy peanuts.
