Mustard Salmon w/ Snap Pea Salad

It’s fresh salmon time! I tried to season the salmon with mustard and brown sugar but fish is so delicate, it was better to have this glaze painted on afterwards. This dinner was ready in under 30! I didn’t include the rice, but get that going first or use a frozen bag if you need to save even more time.

A note on searing salmon. Professionally, one would start with searing skin side down because that first crisp in the hot oil is the best one. Because by preference, I don't end up eating the skin, I do flesh side down so I get my crisp there. If you DO like skin and plan to eat it, start with that side first.
