Muhummara

This makes a generous amount of sauce. We use it as a pizza sauce for a more Spanish-style pizza, a more interesting dip for veggies and crackers, on the side for all things grilled, or into a grilled cheese sammy.

You can easily halve the recipe, but trust me, you’re going to want to put this on everything. The notes are included to either roast your own bell peppers, or use jarred ones.
