Lemon Yogurt Cheesecake

This one does need chill time! It's tough to add overnight to the timing above, but ideally you make this the day before you need it and finish it with the whipping cream and berries before serving.

Yossy is one of my favorite dessert writers — simple, not overly sweet, trustworthy. I don't know cheesecake well enough to riff on my own, so I followed her lead here. The cream cheese is cut with Greek yogurt so it's rich but not overly so. We brought it to a family birthday dinner and it was a huge hit! I topped it with sweetened whipped cream and a whole package of raspberries on top, but a mix of berries would be stunning too.
