Italian Chopped Salad w/ Crispy Capers

Feel free to adjust the measurements below if you prefer more/less of something. I’m not big on cold meat on salads so I went light on the sopressata and added beans to fill it out. You could easily double the amount of salami, use olives instead of capers (won’t get as crispy but will still taste good!).

We had this salad with a side of focaccia then served the leftovers with some pan-fried tortellini mixed in; similar to our summer tortellini salad.
