I really try to not put avocado and/or cheese on everything buuuuut I do believe those things make a salad like this more filling. I save it as a topping, not tossed in, so it doesn’t get gloppy, and any extra can save for packed lunches without being compromised. If you like a little spice? Add a minced, seeded jalapeño.
This presents so beautifully! It can truly take any basic, grilled protein and if you’re wanting to take an extra step, try the green harissa in the sauce archives to dollop on top.
