Curry powders vary in intensity, so start with 2 teaspoons of powder and work your way up as needed. The flavor will continue to develop the longer the farro sits, so hold off on increasing the curry powder for at least 30 minutes.
This is a relatively low protein dish. Carnivore additions have been provided below but, if you’re vegan, some black lentils or crispy chickpeas would be a nice addition here. Toppings are important here, be generous!
