Of course I saw this on Instagram somewhere and I am charmed how we can take a classic, and turn it into a meatball/taco/burger/pasta bake at any time. We have a small flat top in the backyard and I can’t wait to try these this summer for a group. They take moments!
Gluten free? We have luck with the Siete tortillas! Trader Joes has a small flour “sonora” tortillas that are great size.
