Cashew Nacho Sauce

We do lots of tacos and bowls, and for myself and fellow dairy-free folks, it's nice to have something stand in for the richness of cheese. It is not spicy per se, but you can use the seeds of the jalapeno if you'd prefer it to be so. We've used it with the Carnitas recipe from the archives, Nachos of any kind, with the Cauliflower Tacos etc.
The sauce will keep for two weeks in the fridge. I don't recommend freezing nut based sauces, but many members disagree with me and think they fare just fine!
