I like my ginger beer super spicy, like the triple brewed one from Trader Joes. Since it is bubbly, you add that to finish each cocktail, not in the batch mix. This travels well and you can adjust to taste! As shown in the photo, I added more fresh grated ginger but don’t do that if you don’t like chunks ;)
