Batched Cranberry Cocktail

While we love a pretty cocktail shaken to order, the chaos of the holidays calls for a batched something. We are going to chill some vodka, honey syrup, and juice in a pretty jar (and there are super affordable and cute ones at IKEA or World Market). That will sit out with a bucket of ice and a bottle of ginger beer for sparkles and kick. Guests will then fill their glass with ice, fill it halfway with the vodka mixture, top it with ginger beer, and give it a little stir. Hands off!

You can also keep the cranberry, honey syrup, and ginger beer available with a splash of soda water for those who want to make a mocktail.
