The dressing goes with everything. It is basic in the best way - use it as a marinade for meats or to dress greens, grains, or legumes to liven things up. When I list "handful" as a yield, I mean like a giant grip of big, fresh basil leaves. Pack that hand full. If it's not basil season, some mix of parsley, chives, maybe cilantro if you like it works just fine.
