In the event you won’t use the remaining 3/4 of the red cabbage, you can get a head of cabbage cut by an employee in the produce department. Since learning that trick from a grocery store employee, I almost never buy a whole head.
If you can’t find an adobo spice blend, simply mix 1 tsp. of paprika, 1/2 tsp. of onion powder, 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of Mexican oregano, 3/4 tsp. of cumin, and 1/4 tsp. of Mexican cinnamon.
